Ad Submission Guidelines

Submitted advertisements must comply with the following specifications.
ALL ADS MUST BE SUBMITTED AS DIGITAL FILES.

Images:  All images need to be in .jpg, .tif or .eps formats at 300
dpi. All full-color graphic elements such as logos or backgrounds need
to be CMYK, created in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

Original file formats:  InDesign, Illustrator, Quark 4, Freehand 8 (Mac
format preferred.) If original art is submitted, please include a
high-rez PDF as well.

PDF:  Files sent in Acrobat PDF format must be saved as high-resolution
files and have fonts converted to outlines.

Fonts:  All fonts must be converted to outlines/paths.

Unacceptable Formats:  Documents created in Word, Publisher or PageMaker
